I am certified as a Notary2Pro Elite Signing Agent, having completed a comprehensive and industry-recognized training program that equips me with the knowledge and skills to perform error-free loan signings. This elite certification includes in-depth instruction on key loan documents and closing processes, business management, and client interaction.  

Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent

I am certified as a Notary Trust Delivery Agent, having completed specialized training to handle and notarize sensitive estate planning documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. 

Universal Life Church Ordained Minister

I am an ordained minister authorized to officiate wedding ceremonies and conduct religious rites as recognized under Texas law. My role includes solemnizing marriages and performing other ministerial duties in accordance with my ordination and the guidelines of my religious organization. 

The World of Apostilles Certification             

I have completed The World of Apostilles Certification, a comprehensive training program led by Judi Lawrence (“The Queen of Apostilles”) and Bill Soroka. This course provided me with in-depth, hands-on instruction in the apostille process, equipping me to handle the management process of authenticating of documents for international use.
